Founded in 2016 and headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, Novare has been helping to empower smart venture investment decisions, through startup investor relationship portfolio management SaaS. Novare offers customization and automation of startup performance and financial metrics in an integrated lean analytics dashboard, enhancing governance for investor relations management.
Investory.io has been a global player from the very beginning, founded in 2016 in Austria — the heart of Europe. With the backing from some of the most important investors in Austria and Germany, the company has grown to over 6,000 users across 92 countries in 3 years becoming a leading player as an investor relationship and portfolio management tool on the market.
Over the years, an intense VC Network has formed on the platform, in part due to the superior software tailored specifically to venture capitalists need. Aligning the two platforms together and expanding on the extensive product and customer expertise from Novare and investory.io will greatly benefit existing and new customers.
