Customer Success & Service Manager
We are looking for you to join the investory.io team in a Virtual Role.
We aim to change the way Investors and Startups collaborate by providing a platform designed for the specific needs of the Startup-Investor relationship. We are recently funded and supported by many well-known VCs out of the DACH Region. We are a highly focused and experienced team you work with.
What you will do…
The very objective of this function is to be in close touch with the customers, enrich their user journey and therefor optimize the engagement and stickiness of the platform.
- Support customers with their questions and needs when using the platform
- Make analysis and reports based on the data generated on our platform to
- Understand how to grow engagement and userbase
- Prepare various content and materials to onboard and educate customers
- Support testing of the platform
- Manage the billing of our services
You are right if you…
- A motivated individual that thrives in a startup environment
- Work experience in a comparable function (preferably in other startups)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities
- A positive person, a doer and someone who facilitates collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English

The minimum monthly gross salary will be paid according to current wage agreement. Overpay depending on experience and qualification is being offered.
