Definition

The cost total KPI refers to the total amount of money spent in order to generate value.

Characteristics

-Includes total amount of money spent by employers in   order to employ workers (see cost labour KPI)
-Includes all money spent in the production and delivery of   goods or servies

Example

A company buys a laptop for 1000 €, pays 500 € for a freelancer and has labour costs of 5000 € for one month. Cost total for this startup would be 6500 €.
